How can I contact Dukero?
You can email us at  info@dukero-london.com, where our customer service team will be happy to assist you with anything you need.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. No matter where you live, we’ll make sure your order is delivered safely and promptly.


Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Any requests made after this period will be declined. Once your order has been delivered, you can return it for a full refund.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), iDEAL, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.


When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that processing may take longer during holidays or sale periods.
We process orders Monday to Friday, within 1–3 business days from the order date, and dispatch them the day after processing.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends.


How long will delivery take?
We aim to deliver all orders within 7 business days. In rare cases, due to high demand, delivery may take up to 2 weeks. Thank you for your understanding.


What should I do if I don’t receive my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days after shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.


Are customs duties and taxes applied?
The prices shown on our website include Dutch VAT, which means you may be required to pay import duties and taxes upon receiving your order.
Import duties, customs fees, and related charges may be applied once your order reaches your country, as determined by your local customs office.
You are responsible for these fees, as they are not covered by us. We are also not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.

We ship from Hong Kong.


How do I return an item?

What should I do if the items I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you have received incorrect, missing, or defective items, please contact us immediately. Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details when reporting the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?
All refunds are issued to your original payment method.
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received or your cancellation request has been approved.
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to credit the refund to your account.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.
